you have to take it to a shop or get under it and put it on pully by pully!
Take it out of gear and put in neutral. You will be able to push/pull it.
I have a 2003 Cub Cadet 1525. This model is designed to shut off the cutting deck when the tractor is put into reverse. Not sure what model you have but my guess is that it's just a safety precation like the Cub.

The first cub cadet tractor was made in 1960. Back then the staring price for one of them was $ 900.00. The first Cub Cadet tractor was put on the market by International Harvester in 1961. From 1959 to 1960 they had experimental, proto-type and pre-production models. The original price appears to have been between $900 and $1000.
Possible, yes. Practical.. not so much.
With the zero turn mower with hydro braking, a person will have to have one person sit on the mower and push in the clutch and shift the mower into neutral. The mower will have to be pulled uphill with another vehicle, not pushed. Do not put in neutral until a taut line is extended to the towing vehicle.
You will need to order a manual on the mower from the manufacturer (I assume Simplicity).
I would suggest you check the auctions on Ebay,I am sure ytou can find your loader.
on rear of machine - in middle. Should be a thin steel rod - pull rod out towards you while pushing mower.
* If your old lawn mower is aluminum, then you can take it to a recycling place in your town. * Another excellent way to recycle a mower is to give it to somebody who tinkers with them. People like myself will get them going again and put them back in use for several years, and some people even collect them! For more on this, please stop over at http://www.lawnmowercentral.net * You can leave it at the curb at your house and a junk collector will get it at some point. You can also try www.freecycle.org in your city or town. It's an organization dedicated to reusing and recycling things to keep stuff out of landfills.
