Mario Kart Wii does not have the ability to make or share custom tracks, so unless you have hacked the Wii or the game, it is impossible to do so.

On the actual game, you can't. If you download a certain program you can make custom tracks. I've tried looking it up, but I haven't been able to find it. But the game itself isn't actually made to do that.

Simply go to the user files folder and create a folder called User Tracks. Copy mp3s into there.Then start the game.Go to the options then audio setup and then user track options.Just scan the user tracks as it says.After it finishes you'll have your custom radio named as User Track Player.
