there is no difference. "5.7" and "350" both refer to the same motor. 5.7 is the litre measurement, 350 is how many cubic inches it displaces.
I know on my vortec engine the valve cover bolts are in the center of the cover and there is only 4, my racecar has vortec heads and my truck has standard stock heads with four bolts on thew corners
They'll bolt up, but not function properly. By the way, the 92 5.7 was not a Vortec engine.

Yes they will with no problems. They are basicly the same heads, Just different CCs.
