the choke knob screws in and out, mess with that until you get a low-med idle speed an idle too high is not good or you could just keep on the throttle, gas consuming but helps you slow corners quicker in races oh ya and there is a gold fuel air mix screw on the side of the carb. In is lean. Out is rich so remember, choke twist is idle speed, and gold skrew is fuel and aire mix, hope that helps
