To my knowledge this is not an option anywhere in the civilized world. BUT in an under economized society then someone's Fiance could possibly be traded in for a car. If the guy or gal is a real pain in the butt then that just might be a good option. Wish I would have done this before my first marriage.
First of all you will need to get your car dealer's license before you can start trading. You should contact your local Fair Trading office or equivalent. After that, it is your business decision who you choose to go into partnership with.
IF her name is NOT on the title, you can just go get your car.
If you drive the car then you need car insurance.
car trading stores
It's a government charge or fee for fiance
go to a car shop
You may sell your car for money at any used car dealing store. You may also try selling or trading the car at car trading stores.
Trading in a car does not affect your credit unless you sign a new car loan and get a new car. This may negatively or positively effect your credit.
The official title on both cars is present when trading to complete the trade.
you can repo the car from your fiance yourself and try to sell it to get to pay it off,yes you can sue your fiance for the money also, this doesnt mean you will get the money from your fiance,a judgment against someone means nothing unless they are employeed, have assets or someway to pay the judgment ,if she isn't paying for the car how will you collect on the judgment ,by the way it takes months to get a judgment against someone
You can finance a car, but cannot add another person to the title. If you buy a car outright, you can add whoever you wish.
Go and tell him how you feel .
