make sure your choke is closed and the fuel bulb or carb has gas in the bulb or bowl and lines clear and no water in old gas.take out the plug and spray a very small amount of starter fluid in the cylinder hole or a small amount, like a coke cap 1/2 full of gasoline into the plug hole, replace the plug replace sparkplug wire and pull the rope or however you turn the engine over.If it fires and starts give it 15 to 30 seconds and move the choke up one notch and gas it.when it warms you can open the choke all the way which will be in a minute or so.If it does not fire you are not getting a spark to the plug or from it. replace the plug,if that does not work you got ignition problems.
