1)Turn the key to the ON position
2)Press the trip/odometer button until the screen shows the ODO reading (rather than TRIP A or TRIP B)
3)Turn the key to the OFF position
4)Turn the key to the ON position
5)Press and hold the trip/odometer button (within 6 seconds of turning the key)
6)Hold the trip/odometer button for 10 seconds, then fasten the driver's seatbelt
7)"b_on" should appear on the odometer screen - at this point you can release the trip/odometer button
8)Press the trip/odometer button - "b_off" should appear
9)Turn the key to the OFF position.

Buckle your seatbelt. Now if the alarm is on even after buckling up, take it to the dealer as it is still under warranty. If you just want to be stupid and not wear your seatbelt, I will not help you.
You can disable the speed alarm by removing the speed alarm fuse. When the fuse is removed the alarm will not sound.

By putting on your seatbelt
Buckel your seatbelt and it will go off. If it is not going off with your seatbelt buckled, then take it to the dealer for repair.

They make it very difficult to disable these alarms, and for good reason. Wearing a seat belt is the law, and it's safe. I'd highly recommend it. for further details, contact your toyota dealer.
In most places, it is illegal to disable this alarm. If you are having problems with it, a dealer should be able to fix it, possibly at no charge, since this is an essential component.

taake the ballbering out of the sensor unit
Just connect the two cables that are in the female slot of the seat belt coupler.
poor milk in the seatbelt then grab a 9mm hand gun and shot the mfer!
