They are sealed units and are not greaseable.
Front wheel bearings are a sealed unit. so the answer is no. run them till you wear em out.
remove wheels.remove brake calipers, remove 4x4 locking hub.with special socket remove axle locking nut. brake rotor will the slide off enabling you to change bearings

i am pretty sure the front bearings are part of the entire hub assembly. replacing the bearings requires replacing the enitre front hub. at least that's how it was on my 97 dualie.
