adjustment is not needed. they will auto adjust on their own. if you have a rear break issue, then it is time to replace them, or have them inspected
One will find cheap LED headlight bulbs at a wholesale retailer such as Costco. Lights also will go on sale at most auto supply shops from time to time.
You can't adjust it, it is an auto-adjust cable, once fitted thats it. If you get it wrong first time you will need to buy a new cable and try again. learnt this the hard way.
