you have to lift the back end off the ground then pop out the rubber bung and use a flat head screwdriver to turn the star adjuster until the wheel doesnt turn anymore then back it off until you have your desired adjustment (i personnally like a little bit of drag but not to much, just slightly) the hand brake should not click any less then 3 times b4 lock up.
