If you know which one... You just need to disconnect the wire, and using an O2 socket(easier) unscrew the sensor. An open ended wrench might work depending on clearances. Reinstall the new one(would put a little hi-temp anti seize on the threads)and reconnect the wire.
And if clearance is allowed, you can also snip the wires off the old one and slip a 7/8" box wrench over and onto the sensor to help in removing it. Use the 7/8" open end wrench to install the new one.
