It depends on what you mean by clean. If you just have dirty powder coated railing, bicycle rack, etc. you can use soap and water.If you mean how do I clean it to be powder coated again there are a number of methods. You can sandblast it. Take it to a metal stripper. It can be burned off at about 800 degrees.Important note:Frequently, you can powder coat over previous powder coating by simply roughing up the surface with something like scotch brite or fine grit sand paper. You just want to give it a profile for the powder to bond to.

Depending on what is effecting the look of the coat that will determine the best way to clean a women's shearling coat. For example, if the coat is not really dirty the woman can use cleaning spray and a cloth, or if the coat has stubborn dirt, a wire brush can get the dirt off. It is not recommended that shearling coats are tumbledried as this can take the 'life' out of the coat.
Denatured alcohol and a soft, clean, small cotton towel. Saturate one corner of the towel with alcohol, then using gentle motion to rub the glue off the paint. Depending on how large and how much glue, use a clean section of the towel each time you need to wet it with alcohol. This is safe for ALL vehicle finishes including clear coat. Do not drink the alcohol.

Powder coat is pretty tough, but think 'ceramic' tough; if you scrape against a curb, yes, it will chip off.
Best is a wire brush and baking soda. You can use grease to coat the terminals to slow down the corrosion.
The difference is foundation is what you put on after concealer. Now concealer is what covers up blemishes and dark circles. And then the powder is to finish it off and give it a nice clean cut look:)
What you do is put it in some hot water and it will soon become clean. Also remove all the hair off of it first, if you can't get it all off by hand use a comb. If your hairbrush have dead skin on it you can soak it in biological washing powder annd water over night and rinse it off.
