Before starting to build a trailer, it is important that you have a perfect plan as to how you want to build the trailer. Once you have the plan with you and you are ready to roll, then comes the instructions on how to build one.

1. Start cutting the main pieces according to the length specified by the design. use a saw to cut.

2. You need a good surface, one that is flat for cutting since surfaces which aren't flat can make the design bad. So watch you place.

3. Next you need to decide on the axle. For this, refer your diagram plan. Depending on that place it. It is good if its placed to the center of gravity.

4. Next, its time to calculate how much weight does the tongue possess. Always it wont carry more than 5% of the trailer weight.

5. The axle should be centered and should be inline with the center of the frame. Also measure the distance between the wheels and the hitch should be equal on both wheels. The axle and tongue should square.

6. Now turn the frame upside down, then mount the tongue.

7. Attach a latch to the trailer.

8. Next for the fender, you can mount small rods.

9. You have to make the rails on the side. Use an angle iron to make it.

10. You can use the same angle iron to create a back of the trailer.

11. Once the trailer is ready, next is to beautify it. Get a color plan and start painting.

12. Once all ready, get it registered.
