Kind of hard to answer without knowing the make and model of the car, but on MOST cars built after 2002, the cutout sensor is the third wire from the left as you're looking at the engine computer (it's a black plastic box, usually on a fender under the hood but maybe under the dash near the steering column, that doesn't open. The ones that do open are fuse panels). Cut that wire, and you're unlimited. Don't blame me if you have one of the weird ones where it's the middle wire.
