green fluid is engine coolant. as this is showing up near the transmission this could be leaking from the head gasket or from a freeze plug. you will just have to trace back where it is coming from remember there are freeze plugs behind transmission which are not viible while transmission is in vehicle
probly or it mite be a leak in your transmission fluid pan.
coolant, motor oil, power steering fluid, transmission fluid, brake fluid?
If it runs empty transmission failure If it is leaking on hot part of engine or exhaust - fire risk If it is leaking near tire track loss of traction could occur
the good rite amount should be when ur filling up the transmission, there should be a second bolt that u need to unscrew near the top of the transmission, once u fill in the fluid look to see when the fluid start leaking out then that's how u knoe it should be good enough
could be freeze plug, or intake leaking
If the fluid is GREEN in color and you mean near the passenger side front tire it sounds like it could be engine coolant ( usually a 50 / 50 mix of antifreeze and distilled water )
Hello In the 2004 Corvettes the Transmission has been moved from the back of the engine to the rear so now the transmission and pumpkin are bolted together. You could have a transmission leak or a brake fluid leak. If the leak is in the center then I would go with a trany leak if leak is near either tire go with a brake fluid leak. Hope this helps
Add transmission fluid via the transmission dipstick tube located near the firewall.
The transmission fluid for the automatic transmission is added through the automatic transmission fluid dipstick located to the passenger side of the engine near the firewall , use a funnel
You add the fluid where the transmission dip stick is at the drivers side of the engine near the firewall
Through the automatic transmission fluid level dipstick , near the firewall
Through the automatic transmission fluid dipstick tube using a funnel ( it's located near the firewall , near the rear of the engine on the passenger side )
