It depends on what level of insurance you purchased.

Some policies are based on Replacement Valuation and will pay to completely rebuild the home in the event of a covered loss. Other policies are based on ACV or Depreciated value and may not provide enough coverage for reconstruction.

It just depends on how much coverage you bought when you shopped your policy.
