i am sure its left hand thread
Right hand thread
Not all crankshaft pulley bolts are left hand thread. In my experience if it is a left hand thread the bolt head normally has an L stamped on it to notify the direction of thread
facing the engine you turn to the right it is r/ hand thread if you look at tne bolt head which is behind the pulley
The bolt holding the pulley to the tensioner arm is left hand thread. The nut holding the tensioner to the engine is right hand thread.
More than likely it is right hand thread.
It is standard right hand thread. Righty tighty, lefty loosey.
left hand thread i had to take mine off on my 1993 2.4 frontera hope this helps
1998 Nissan pathfinder crankshaft pulley bolt is right handed.
remove the nut and washer holding it to the motor counter clockwise. A grider with 2 stones has a standard thread on the right hand side and a left-hand thread on the left-hand side. This is to prevent the stone "unscrewing" when being used.
No. It is standard thread. (righty tighty, lefty loosey)
