Yes, BP does offer ethanol-blended fuels at some of its gas stations. BP sells gasoline that contains up to 10% ethanol (E10) at certain locations.
The BP at US1 and 192 has non ethanol gas....
That will depends on where the fuel is being sold. Around my area ( central Illinois ) every gas station has 10% ethanol.
I'm not sure if you have them there, but BP stations usually don't have ethanol in their fuel.
Yes it does :)
The only way to tell whether ethanol is present in gasoline is to look at the gasoline pump. If it contains ethanol, there should be a large sticker on it stating what percentage of ethanol is in the gasoline.
MOST pump gas has at least 10% ethanol. Check the sticker on the pump.
Some gas stations offer ethanol-free gasoline, labeled as such. Popular brands include Shell V-Power, Exxon, Mobil, and BP. It's recommended to check with individual gas stations to confirm availability.
The only way to be sure is to have your gas tested by a certified lab, sorry, rjaustin
At this time all gas stations sell gas with ethanol in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New York. The last small independent stations that sold 100% pure gasoline stopped selling it about November 15, 2010. However some gas station are charging .10, .15 and even .25 cents more for gas that they say does not contain ethanol -----BUT IT DOES. THE NON ETHANOL THAT WAS IN THEIR TANKS RAN OUT WEEKS AGO AND THEY UP THE PRICE AND SAID THEY DO NOT HAVE IT. I BOUGHT A OFFICIAL TEST KIT AND IT SHOW THEIR GAS DOES HAVE ETHANOL IN IT EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE CHARGING MORE AND SAYING IT DOES NOT CONTAIN ETHANOL. BE CAREFUL.
The cheapest gas is generally near the outer belt of the city. Places like BP and Citgo seem to have the cheapest. In general, it's currently cheaper to get gas that is 10% ethanol, which seems to be what BP adds. Good luck finding anything below $4.07, at least as of today.
Yes, Shell V-Power in Michigan typically contains up to 10% ethanol, as mandated by state regulations. The ethanol content helps enhance the fuel's octane rating and reduce emissions, promoting cleaner combustion.
