Yes. That trailer has a GVW well in excess of 10,000 lbs... it's probably closer to 16 or 20k... and the F350 has a GVW of 13,000 lbs. That combination requires a Class A CDL.
Probably so. A four car hauler will certainly have a GVW in excess of 10,000 lbs., and the GCWR of the combination is almost certainly going to exceed 26,000 lbs, so you'd need a Class A CDL.
Yes, you will need insurance to drive with a CDL license.
It depends on the model. You need a CDL to drive one that bends in the middle or is over a certain length
If the vehicle requires a CDL in service, it'll require a CDL for the test drive.
Yes you do need a CDL License to drive a bucket truck.

If the Gross Combination Weight Rating (the combined Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of the truck and of the trailer) is in excess of 26,000 lbs. then yes. For a 3/4 car hauler, the trailer will probably have a GVWR of at least 20,000 lbs. Combine that with the GVWR of an F450, and you're well over 26k GCWR.
No, just to drive it.
If it's a truck which anyone else would be required to have a CDL to drive, then yes.
CDL... Commercial driver license.. Think about it.
