All tickets transfer between states now days. The individual States coordinate all their records between states having to do with Tickets, Arrest Records, Child Support, Tax Leins, etc. The answer to your question is yes, unless someone just made a clerical error, the violation will show up from New York to New Jersey.
It can depend upon the offense you were charged with. Some transfer, some don't. Normal out of state tickets for speeding, etc are not put on your NY record and you do not get any points. DUI's and other serious tickets can transfer.
No, minor traffic violations such as speeding do not transfer. However, PennDot is notified and it may affect your insurance.
So-called "moving" tickets, yes.
Typically if you pay the fine in 10 days, there is none.
If you're speaking of obstruction and impeeding traffic that is typically 0 points but you still have to pay the ticket
I live Maryland, I got a speeding ticket in VA last month. it doesn't show up in my record. The ticket will transfer for insurance rate increase but Maryland will not assess points against your license. It often takes 2 to 3 months for the records to be updated.
All 50 states have been connected by LEADS for the past 20 years. If you have points on your license, Delaware will be aware.
Yes.
Minor violations such as speeding, stopping at a light or sign will NOT appear on your record unless you are a CDL holder. Major violations such as DUI/DWI, manslaughter, Failure to stop; any felony WILL appear on your record.

My information is that the ticket will show for insurance points but not for drivers license points. You can verify with the MD DMV.
