Answer: No. Size and weight violations were included in the Cargo-Related Basic when FMCSA wrote version 1 of the CSA 2010 methodology. Size and weight violations were remove from Version 2 (summer of 2010). FMCSA still pays attention to size and weight violations. Companies with a history of size and weight violations will still be targeted for roadside inspections through the Inspection Selection System (ISS). But points will not be assessed in CSA for these violations.
can you tell me how to see my tickets points
no
A good driving record is a record that does not have any points on it. A good driving record is when a person does not have any tickets or accidents.
Well in our province you lose points because of accidents you were found to be at fault for and for certain driving tickets.
Either get a lawyer and go to court or stop getting tickets.
Yes, red light tickets will put points on your driving record in Virginia. The points will usually go off after 3 years.

Yes, points transfer from an NC ticket to a PA drivers license. Your driving record is your entire driving record from wherever you receive points and tickets. They are kept in a national database.
Parking tickets are "non-moving" violations. Should not be on your record if they are paid. Even if they are on your record, they are not recorded with points against you. Your insurance does not go up, and you can still get driving jobs.
It won't add points to your CDL, but it can affect you with the CSA 2010 rating system.
ALWAYS!!! The best way to cancel out those points is to take a defensive driving course then give a copy of the certificate to your agent. NC Texas Agent
