The reason this hasn't been answered yet is because insurance is a contract and as a contract, money has to be exchanged.
There are companies that may be willing take take you on a monthly basis if you are willing to commit with a credit card ... But there is a price to pay for that convenience.
At this point, I am not aware of any names for you in the U.S. , but in the UK there is a company called ecarinsuranceuk that is reported to do something like that.

A lot of companies in the US want to have either the full payment before the policy starts or at least half of it, which means getting car insurance with no deposit would be almost impossible in the US.
