When fitting a 4G63T head onto a 4G64 block, you need to block the coolant passages that are not aligned between the two components. Specifically, you'll typically need to block the two coolant holes at the rear of the head that do not match up with the block. Additionally, you should ensure to use the appropriate gasket to prevent any leaks and ensure proper sealing. It's also important to verify that the oil passage alignment is correct to avoid engine damage.
use your imagination and chuck it at someones head
Yes a d15b7 head will fit onto a d16y7 block. The Y7 engine is a later model so it is recommended to use the later model computer system.
No
You don't. You use a shim between the block and head.
Yes, That would be a good head to use on that block.
Do not use sealant on the head gasket. I use permatex on the threads of the bolts that go into water jackets.
It may bolt up but you'll have poor compression with no power, so the answer is no.
no you cant this is a different style and requires that style of head
You must mean the head not the block. Yes it can but use teflon tape.
well look at there names...4afe and 4age.....key is 4a....meaning they have the same block just different heads.....so yes it will fit.
It Could Be Any Of The Three.Remove The Head, Have It Tested. After Checking Gasket. The Head May Be Warped From Overheating And Normal Use. If The Head Gasket Is OK. I Suggest To Have The Head Tested. But The Block Could Be Cracked. If The Car Has An Aluminum Head As Most Do It Probably Is The Head Is Cracked. Heck Run It By A Good Radiator Shop And Have It Tested Under Pressure. See What They Suggest. Sorry To Be Of Such Little Help. My Bet Head. Best To You
