No it cannot be used, in the State of Florida they have three different types of prepaid toll payment systems E-Pass, O-Pass and SunPass which are interchangeable at each other toll plazas, However E-ZPass is a totally different system and is NOT compatible and cannot be used to pay tolls on any of the roadways in the State of Florida.
From what I see, the answer is no, the EZPass used in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, etc. does not work in Florida.
