5W-30 is what it calls for. I wouldn't recommend 10W-40 if you live in a cool climate.

pennzoil is the best, so far i think. cause i'v been use different types oil, the pennzoil is the cleanest one when i change out .
SAE 10w40 Full Synthetic and nothing else. The brand you choose is your choice. I personally use Pennzoil. Torque the drain plug to 22 lb/ft.
