The person who stole the car.
If the person stole your car, they are responsible, obviously. Other than that, the insurance company will cover the damage if you have Comp coverage (you will be responsible for your deductible). You are ultimately responsible because you are the owner of your car and you let someone else drive it. You can't sue the deer.
yes you can sue anybody. but it all depends on how badly you or your car was damaged and if the other person has insurance.
Yes you can very well sue her.
yes
if the person didn't mean to no sorry
Anyone can sue but they will probably not prevail without evidence it was intentionally misrepresented.
If you caused the crash, you can't sue anybody and win. You will obviously lose- you caused the accident. If you were hit by the car and were doing everything right, then sue the person who hit you.
Hey please answer this, I have the whole thing written down here: I stole $300, the person I stole it from knows, and is making me pay it back and they won't sue, but I know from a business law class that at one point they can't take me to court because it's like 5 years or something after I commit the crime that I can get away scott free, how long do they have to charge me with the crime before they can't force me to pay it back anymore?
i would NT give it a thought
yes you canthat is terrible is he okay
unless the person meant to do it then you can
