State minimum requirement for all tires in most if not all states is a tread depth of at least 2/32. No sidewall seperation, cuts, cords showing, etc. Basically tires need to be safe and undamaged. As far as which wheels are driven goes, there is no difference made in which tire is replaced as long as the rest are safe to be driven on. The only other thing I can think of is steering drift or pulling issues as the vehicle tracks down the road. If one tire is new with a tread depth of 10/32 to 11/32 and the remaining tires are (say) 5/32, the difference in tire height may cause a tire pull. Usually rare though.
to change the wheel and tire on a car just loosen the bolts on the wheel jack it up and replace it
To change an actual tire you need a tire machine to get it off the rim and the new one on. -If you mean the change the WHEEL and tire on a car, then you just need a jack and a tire wrench.
You have to remove the drive side tire and the wheel cover to get to the battery.
The same way as a rear wheel drive.
is it 4 wheel drive or 5 wheel drive?
Tire rotation can be tricky, usually because tire rotation is dependent on tire and drive type. However, in all wheel drive vehicles, with non directional tires, it is pretty simple. The front passenger wheel is changed out with the back driver side wheel, the front driver side wheel changed out with the rear passenger wheel.
Get in the grass or gravel and floor it. If the front tire spins it's front wheel drive. If the rear tire spins it's rear wheel drive. If neither front or rear spins, take it out of park!!
doent matter if vehicle is all wheel drive or not. you should only change tires that are worn out, unless you got lots of money and just like to spend tire companies will tell you to rotate and change new tires, because the more you buy, the more money they make. if it is not worn out, why change it
That would be the rear passenger tire.
Remove the tire and wheel. Remove the axle end cap. Remove the wheel bearing seal. Remove the wheel bearing. Reverse the process to install the new wheel bearings.
It could be just tire noise or a bad wheel bearing. latly its been grabbing help
Only if it is all wheel drive. The front wheel drive vans have the "donut" spare.Only if it is all wheel drive. The front wheel drive vans have the "donut" spare.
