Yes and no. Most of the time no more than half a quart is ever added by mistake. To much oil in an engine will eventually be burned off because the crank shaft will dip into the pool, causing it to be thrust into the combustion chamber. This will eventually ruin your catalytic converter however. Anything over a quart of to much oil should be drained from the pan as it MAY cause a hydro-lock situation in the engine. This means it will not turn over, or turn over with great difficulty. A hydro-locked engine can be severely damaged when its all said and done. It is recommended to drain excess oil from the pan.
I am putting together a business plan to start an upscale women's boutique. I am curious how much a wholesale license costs?

not eating healthy and possibly not getting out as much as you should be (:
Under the right conditions just putting it in your mouth can be enough
No. It's much more likely to kill you, as that's a much more direct and powerful delivery method than smoking it.
My car is putting out too much petrol. It blows smoke. I repaired everything and I think it might be a sensor. How do I get the right amount of fuel distributed and where?
You can get involved in special event managment by putting yourself out there. Advertise as much as possible.
For a start, it can be a question of tactics: you may lose a battle, but that does not mean that you have lost the war. Secondly, you may sometimes wonder (again) why your adversary is putting so much energy in bringing you down. Doesn't he/she/they have a point in doing so ?
No
putting too much oil in any engine is not good... the oil can over flow to your spark plug... that can cause stall..
Yes. It also depending on what kind of stop leak and how much is used.
