No. Turboccharger size is determined by the size of the motor, rpm range, amount of air(lbs/min, cfm, etc.) and pressure ratio required to meet the horsepower requirement. There are turbo calculators that plot the airflow/PR point onto the turbo compressor maps to help in selecting the correct one. The turbo for a 8psi street setup is totally different from a 20psi drag racing setup for the same size motor. Garrett and BorgWarner have their own calculators on their sites, but the one I use is listed below.
A turbo can be made to fit any car
well... yes.. any turbo will fit any car depending on how much you would like to modify it... but in your case.... no
you can fit a bov but will never hear it working. Without turbo you'll never reach pressure in intake to make it work. So installing it in non-turbo is worthless
yes you can fit a dumpvalve.you can fit a dumpvalve to any car with a turbo even deisels.my car hasn't got a intercooler so i have had to drill and weld a flange on my air intake elbow and this has worked fine...
YES
you dont.

I could, but the fact that you would ask such a question indicates that you could not.
No turbo will direct fit onto this car. There are many supporting mods that go along with a turbo that would have to be replaced as well.
In fact any turbo can be used on any turboed car. It will just have to be custom fitted. The real issue here is that the 94 Z is twin turbo while the 87 Z is single turbo.
no You can turbo charge any car but it will cost a lot!
There is nothing illegal about fitting a turbocharger as long as the engine doesn't exceed any local emissions regulations.
