If you can push the car in neutral then the emergency brake and brake system is not the problem. Another thing to check for is the the CV axel hasn't come apart. If you have a leak then the transmission will not build enough pressure to move the car.(automatic transmission) If the car is a manual transmission then you probably have a bad clutch.
