What do you need to adjust? The timing? If it's the timing, it is best to do with a strobe light and adjusting the distributer using the timing marks on the crank shaft balancer - if you're not sure how to do it that way, get a manual from the library for help. If you don't have access to a strobe light, you can time it "by ear" this way: Loosen the hold-down bolt on the distributor just enough where you can turn the distributor by hand; start the engine and let it warm up; with the engine running, manually and slowly roate the distributor clockwise and/or counterclockwise until you get the best "purr" of the engine. Tighten the hold-down bolt. Be very careful not to get your shirt sleeve or arm caught while doing it. Good luck.
Yes it is.

The only seat adjustment that I know of is forward or backward. There is a pin you pull at the rear of the seat, and it will slide. As for up or down, there is none that I know of.
The ignition module is located in the distributor under the rotor, it plugs in.
Yes it is a one piece shaft.
Inside the distributor, under the rotor.
On a 1984 Chevrolet C10, the ignition module is typically located on the distributor. It's mounted on the side of the distributor housing, usually secured by two screws. To access it, you'll need to remove the distributor cap and rotor. Make sure to disconnect the battery before attempting any work on the ignition system.
