check under the fenders, i know it sounds strange but people, have been known to cause a lot of damage by improperly connecting booster cables to their vehicles, so many companies hide the batteries.
Dodge, generally hides them under the front wheel well inner line (inner fender), turn the wheels all the way one way or the other and look under the exposed side, u should see a square of plastic with one or two screw type latches securing it, turn these and u should gain access to the battery.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE THE BATTERY IF U DONT KNOW WHUT YOU ARE DOING
