We humans are very predictable. We are also very tribal.

We like to model our gods and goddesses on ourselves.

As Aphrodite was a Greek goddess I think it safe to assume that the Greeks would have imagined her to be the ultimate model for a Greek woman, so probably a sallow colour.

pink, red, blue, green could be safe as well. she was born in the sea and shes the goddess of love.
