The Hubble Space telescope has many Pros and Cons,

The main Positive effect is that the Hubble Space telescope enables us to look further than any other telescope built. This is mainly because that It is above the atmosphere. It has enabled us to improve the eduction that we have on the universe and astronomy.

The main negative effect of this telescope is that it costs 2.5 Billion USD and Annually over 45 Million USD to maintain. It is very expensive and considering that it is only a telescope. This makes a huge problem to fund needs for education, health and food.

Positive effects: The Hubble Space Telescope has provided unprecedented views of the universe, helping astronomers make groundbreaking discoveries about distant galaxies, black holes, and the age of the universe. It has also inspired public interest in space exploration and science.

Negative effects: Some potential negative effects include the high cost of maintaining and operating the telescope, constraints on its capabilities due to aging equipment, and the occasional delay in planned observations or repairs. Additionally, the intense competition for telescope time among scientists can sometimes lead to disputes or delays in accessing Hubble data.
