It depends on which Pokemon learns it, what type they are, what level they are, etc.
But hyper beam needs one turn to recharge, and solar beam doesn't. I would say hyper beam although, because recharging moves usually inflict more damage.

it really depends on the user's type. if its a grass Pokemon that is using solarbeam its power would be 180 instead of 120 because of stab.
Oh this is a different person but you can also use Sunny Day to have Solarbeam only take one turn to charge. Sunny Day + Solarbeam combo is amazing.

It depends on the situation. Solar Beam has higher base power and doesn't require a recharge turn, but Hyper Beam has better coverage and can hit multiple types effectively. Consider the rest of your team composition and the opponent's Pokemon when deciding which move to use.
Absolutely, in fact, better than here on Earth because there is no atmosphere to block some of the light. Solar is how many satellites and the International Space Station are powered.
Solar ovens are better than regular ovens for outdoor cooking because they use renewable solar energy, are portable, and can be used in areas without access to electricity. They are environmentally friendly and can help reduce electricity costs.
A desert region would make a better location for a solar power plant due to its high levels of sunlight exposure and minimal cloud cover. Polar regions receive less sunlight and have longer periods of darkness, making them less ideal for solar energy production.
black because black takes in light and creates heat better than any other color.
Yes, solar panels generally work better in Brazil than in Alaska due to Brazil's abundant sunlight. Brazil receives more direct sunlight and has a more consistent climate, allowing solar panels to generate more energy compared to the limited sunlight and harsher climate conditions in Alaska.
