on your 2000 Blazer the control module is located under the kick panel on the passenger side. Simply remove the plastic panel, unbolt the module with a 10 MM socket and disconnect the wiring hareness. While your there, check the wiring hareness for corrosion as this is a big problem. apply Dielectric grease to the hareness and install new control module.
