Straight from the Mayor, who was also the postmaster of Canaveral...they just ran out of room...they started building from the South (Avon by the Sea) and from the North and they just ran out of room.
Also Presidents that served two non consecutive terms didn't get two streets as well as the Adams boys...same names didn't get separate streets either...
