It doesn't unless there are internal injuries. If there is internal bleeding, especially in the lungs, the blood may come out of the mouth.

Winter solstice will come for the northern hemisphere on December 21 in 2014. The region of earth that will have 24 hours of daylight is everything south of the Antarctic Circle.
As we are warm-blooded,the warm water vapour that was produced out from our mouth will condese into tiny water droplets when it is in contact with the cooler surrounding air.As it is in liquid state,we can see it.
Are you talking about the beak? The beak is the part where the mouth is. Its nose is on the top of its head. That is why you see a spray of mist come up when it breaths.
To blow water mist out of your mouth, take a mouthful of water, purse your lips, and then forcefully exhale a burst of air through your lips. This will break up the water into small droplets, creating a mist effect. Practice in front of a mirror to control the force and direction of the mist.
A stranger can come out from a mist by gradually becoming visible as they walk towards you or as the mist clears. It can create a mysterious and intriguing effect as the person slowly emerges from the haze.

Warm air from within the body, especially the lungs, can hold more moisture than cooler air. As the warm air cools, water condenses into tiny droplets. We see this as mist. This can happen in summer as well. Hold your breath and squeeze your chest muscles. Then exhale. The mist you see will be caused by the same phenomenon but the difference is caused by the increase in pressure which allows more water vapor to be in the exhaled breath.
When the warm air from your lungs meets the very cold air of winter it condenses into visible water vapour. This is the steam you see.
No. There is no correlation between the severity of a winter and what a mammal carries in its mouth.
