Under the hood, near the front. horn is located behind the front bumper on the passenger side. can be seen from under the Jeep.
The horn relay is in the fuse box by the passengers left foot. Not sure how to get at it though
That little part is buried on the intake manifold. It is not really too easy to get to but if you equip yourself with a Haynes Manual(available at AZ or NAPA) it will show you where it is,.
Find the horn and remove the wire going to the horn/s it should have a connector you can seemly slide off however if it dont you may have to clip the wire and tape the end so it doesn't short if it goes to ground. A horn in many states is required your best cure is to fix the problem and to leave the horn alone. , EzForJesus
