On a 1999 Peugeot Boxer the horn is sited just to the left of the right headlight assembly.
To get to the horn you need to remove the panel with the peugeot sign on it .The panel is held in place with 8 self tappers and then is held at each end with a push-in clip gently pull the panel off these clips by holding it at the ends so as to not snap the panel.
Once the panel is removed look by the right headlight assembly and you will see a nut and bolt holding the horn to the bracket. undo nut and bolt ( you can get your arm up from below if needed.The horn has 2 sets of wires which will be stiff as hell to remove. remember which goes where and then remove horn either upwards or downwards. Reason for replacement horn does not work dueto dumb position letting water into the horn.
Remedy replace horn with funnel facing away from water
