The fuse box is located under the dash/instrument cluster to the left of the brake pedal. There is a plastic cover that is held on by about 4 screws on either side that must be removed to expose the fuses. You can get away with only taking off the front side of this "cover" by removing the screws located under the steering column. However make sure you put everything back exactly how it came off because the screws will eventually fall out and you will have plastic hanging down basically from the ash-tray to the parking brake. This happened on my '79 Coupe.
