Manual transmission would have a clutch safety switch not a neutral switch
Clutch switch usually located at the upper end of the clutch pedal under dash area
The clutch safety switch is located on the inboard side of the steering wheel on the pivot shaft that holds the brake and clutch pedals. Mine sticks in very cold weather. I just reach under and give it push.
