there are 2 hoses that run threw the fire wall on the passenger's side . they are really close together and are 3/4 osd and 5/8 isd the inlet from standing at the front of the car, facing the engine, is on the right hand side.
Coolant low in the radiator, or the vent down sills are plugged with leaves, and other debris.
Generally the coolant goes in the bottom of the heater core and out the top only because the coolant makes less noise this way if there happens to be trapped air in the system, otherwise it doesn't matter.
