Not as bad as putting a little bit of power steering fluid in the brake reservoir, but I would have the power steering system flushed just the same. Problems wouldn't happen soon but in the long term they will.

Place drain pans under the vehicle as needed. 4. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement . 5. Remove the steering gear heat shield. Refer to Steering Gear Heat Shield Replacement ( See: Steering Gear > Removal and Replacement) . 6. Remove the right side catalytic convertor. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side . 7. Disconnect the power steering fluid reservoir outlet hose (1) from the power steering pump. 8. Disconnect the power steering gear inlet hose (1) from the power steering pump. 9. Remove the power steering pump bolts (2). 10. Remove the power steering pump (1) from the vehicle. 11. Transfer any parts as needed.

The obvious: It will become very hard to steer. The not so obvious: The power steering pump is lubricated with power steering fluid, and driving it dry could damage the pump.
power steering fluid will spray out and u will not have any power steering it will steer like u don't have the car started [very hard] but u can still steer the car
There are 3 things that can happen when you lose power steering. #1 there is not enough power steering fluid, there might be a leek in the system. #2 The belt that connects to the power steering pump has come off. #3 The beerings in the power steering system has seized, usually only happens if the car is very old.

Might be a clogged injector. Run some injector cleaner through it, or replace the injectors.
