If the white paint is well-bonded to the surface, and the red is very fresh, a lot of times you can use a sharp razor blade to peel the red paint off the white. If the red is stuck on there, I would use a sanding block to remove as much red paint as I could without damaging much of the white paint, then put a coat of white paint over the area. Next time, get a newspaper and tape it to the white walls to protect the building.
Prime first with gray metal primer. Measure and mask off grout lines with 1/2" masking tape. Paint what's left with brick red paint.
red is a primary color so no colors make up red if that is what you mean Red is NOT a primary color of pigments. They used to think it was. But your color printer on your computer makes red by mixing magenta and yellow. You can do that with paint too. I wish schoolteachers would stop teaching the old color theory. It's wrong. The true primaries have been known for over 50 years, but too many people want the old primaries taught because "the masters" used them.
Yes you can, as long as the red finish paint is compatible with the tan wall. Acrylic and latex paints can't be applied over an oil based paint without a primer. A tinted primer can be used if you are not sure. Plus, a tinted primer will make the red paint cover better.
To Paint a car red will be expensive. Red is the most expensive automotive color paint.
