In all states the legal age to rent an apartment will be the age of majority/age of consent. it's usually 18. It is possible to rent an apartment as a minor provided you live with an adult and you have a co-signer.

The age of majority, unless you've been emancipated. What is the age of majority in PA? I'm not sure. I've seen it cited as being 18 and as being 21. But considering the fact that you can get married in PA at 18 without parental consent, I'd tend to think that *might* be the actual age of majority. (The age of majority in MS is 21, and you have to have parental consent in order to get married if you're under the age of 21).

It is not necessarily a legal issue as much as it is up to the individiual apartment supervisor or agency. Unless you are 18 dont count on too many people allowing you to sign a lease agreement. At least that is the way it is here at most places in Evansville Indiana. Good luck.

The legal age required to rent an apartment in Pennsylvania is 18 years old. There are some exceptions to rule. If you are emancipated then you would be able to rent an apartment if you are younger.

as in all the states, a person cannot enter into a legally binding contract -- such as a lease -- until they reach the legal age of 18.
