If it is all there and works well, it's worth less than $30. I purchased my 1948 White model 43 at an auction for $5. It has a nice looking cabinet and the original manual. I knew it worked well before I bought it. I have been to other auctions and yard sales and seen similar prices. Old sewing machines are plentiful and cheap. DO NOT buy one unless you know it works because repairmen are few and often expensive. Cabinets can make nice lamp tables and are probably worth more than the machines inside. I love my old White and it serves me well for mending and simple jobs. My number one tip: NEVER ADJUST THE TENSION unless you absolutely know what you are doing!
I find a wooden cabinet for a domestic rotary machine series 153?
The difference between an electric sewing machine and a manual sewing machine is only the method of propulsion. The electric machine uses an electric motor, while the manual machine uses a hand crank or foot pump to power it. The actual sewing machine is the same.
An electric sewing machine does it's work by using electricity to move the needle up and down, and rotate the bobbin. The mechanical parts of a manual sewing machine, had to be set in motion by turning a handle, or pedal. An electric sewing machine has an electric motor attached to these rotating parts, by belt or gearing and operated by a foot switch. This makes it less tiring on the arms or feet, you can keep sewing faster and longer.

Can't tell you exactly but can help you bracket it. I have a Domestic Rotary Electric sewing machine Model 151. Serial No. 153-34778. It was purchased in July 1949. Still runs great (I used it this morning) and is in a beautiful Maple cabinet that hasn't a scratch on it. Looks like the day we bought it.
You can sell a 1939 sewing machine with cabinet and foot pedal at olx and ebay.
A white rotary sewing machine from the 1900s is worth about $130.
The price of your White Sewing Machine Corporation's White Rotary 77 Series machine depends a lot on it's condition. If you check e-bay it may give you a start as to the going rate for those sewing machines. However, you may want to try to find a sewing machine store in your area or call around to the local antique shops and ask if they know about 'antique' sewing machines or if they know of someone/someplace that specializes in them, like a collector/appraiser, so that you can get a proper appraisal/value for your machine. You may even want to try any of the more prominent auction houses in your area as they generally have people on hand that specialize in different types of antiques/collectables.
