Linear Polarizer Filter (LPL) works on all digital cameras in SLR camera. You can see the effect of this LPL on the LCD screen. Polarizer is used to reduce or remove reflections. It is more effective with telephoto lenses than standard lenses and when used with wide angle lenses the Polarizing effect can be very uneven. Polarizing filters need to be rotated in their mount until, looking through your SLR.

The Polarizer can be rotated to determine the amount of reflection to be removed.

Linear Polarizer Filter supresses unwanted light reflection such as on the glass and on the water.
