A clear coat or more depending on what you have painted. This will chip the clear coat not your colour coat. For best protection a two pack clear that when cured ends up as hard as nails to protect the finished products colour from damage. It also will chip but gives a good protection for the colour coat. !
You can but it wont last, you will have a bigger peeling mess.
I've been told the stain is better as it wont chip

Yes, if you put ceramic paint in a spray bottle, like the ones that shower cleaner comes in. (Wash the bottle thoroughly first!)
Do a search for "plastic paint" and you will find several manufacturers of products that should allow you to recolor your sunglass frames. One of the more popular brand is Krylon Fusion, but many paint manufacturer have their own variation. There is not a huge choice of colors, but all the primaries and a few shades are covered so you should be able to find a color that suits your needs. FYI, "plastic paint" is not quite like traditional painting. It is actually more accurately called "plastic dye" because you are actually deposition pigment into the surface of the plastic. Think of it as a special form of colored paint mixed in with a solvent that slightly melts the surface of the plastic, allowing the special paint pigment to molecularly bond with the surface. This is why "plastic paint" does not chip like traditional paint.
They have Fabric spray paint at Hobby stores.
i use a sheet of plastic over my windshield usually it stays on unless the wind really picks up! as for the locks spray a shot of WD40 on them and they wont freeze up! make sure not to spray it all over the paint as this may cause paint discoloration!

No. You shouldn't have to. I'm pretty sure Acrylic wont do anything to it.
Do you have a micro SD chip? That's probably the issue.

yes you can. but it wont bond too great.... especially if the rustoleum is really thick. To help the paint to bond to it, sand it fairly well wit sand pads/paper or with liquid sander, or both..., or just use oil paint.
There is no chip. It is software in the PCM. You wont change it without destroying the PCM. You might as well start looking for an aftermarket PCM, like El Diablo or something.
it will stay dont worry ^^ its saved on the game chip so it wont reload all data inside the chip it has a x-auto save wich allows to save in that chip u might have to alter the format and compatible wire if it was a gameboy chip though....................... ^^have fun~
