Aside from water, most beverages have no nutritional value. Fruit juices made from concentrate have had their original nutrients processed out of them and are nothing more than flavored sugar water. Added vitamin and minerals for the most part are not absorbed by the body. Juices that are 100% fruit juice (no added High Fructose Corn Syrup) would have the nutrition listed on their packaging.
